Dan is a Senior Portfolio Strategist at BakerAvenue and serves on the investment and financial planning committees. Dan has responsibility for investment strategies, implementations, tax and estate planning, as well as multigenerational/dynasty requisites that materialize across our client base.

Prior to joining BakerAvenue, Dan was a Portfolio Associate at Bingham, Osborn and Scarborough, LLC where he developed comprehensive wealth management solutions for affluent individuals, families, and institutions.

Dan graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.S. in Finance. While at Santa Clara, he served on the financial committee that oversaw part of the school’s endowment. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and member of the CFA Society of San Francisco. He has also earned the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing to further his knowledge about incorporating Environmental, Social and Governance factors into investment management.

Making an Impact

Dan volunteers with The Guardsmen, a group of young professionals volunteering their time to raise money to provide scholarships and send underprivileged youth to Bay Area camps. He’s also president of San Francisco Ballet Encore!, a group of young professionals supporting the ballet through social events and education.

A Secret About Dan

Dan can single-handedly cook for large groups, frequently preparing meals for 40-50 people all by himself. He even co-chairs an event that cooks a meal for 3,500 people with just fifteen assistants.
