Ms. Kruus is a principal at Baker Avenue Asset Management and brings over 20 years of money market, fixed income, foreign exchange and derivatives experience to Baker Avenue. Ms Kruus is responsible for all operating and compliance activities for the firm. Prior to joining BAAM, she was Director of Capital Markets at Transamerica, responsible for its debt and derivative portfolios, Commercial Paper program, Euro-Commercial Paper program and all foreign exchange risk. Ms. Kruus oversaw all derivative-hedging activities, including interest rate risk management and portfolio sensitivity analysis. Before joining Transamerica, Ms. Kruus held senior trading positions at Westpac Banking Corp (London), Dresdner Bank AG (Frankfurt and New York) and The National Bank of Canada (New York). Ms. Kruus received a B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1984 and has been registered by the Securities and Futures Authority in London.
Zuzana Forrest Director of Client Services

Ms. Forrest is Director of Client Services and responsible for the overall management of client relationships for the firm. Prior to joining BAAM Ms Forrest worked in her native Czech Republic at Warner Music Records. She was the Office Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager and responsible for the operations of the entire office as well as negotiating contract and royalty agreements with other labels. Ms. Forrest co-ordinated travel and press schedules as well as press conferences and artist events. Ms. Forrest completed an A.A. in Business Administration at City College in San Francisco in 2006 and is working towards a B.B.A. in Marketing.
Terry Sheehy Director of IT

Mr. Sheehy is responsible for all IT infrastructure and support at Baker Avenue Asset Management. His prior IT experience includes five years of IT support at Standard Telephones & Cables, UK and two years as a European Support Engineer for Hewlett-Packard. Mr. Sheehy spent seven years as an engineer at the H-P North American Response Center providing networking and email support and six years as an R&D Engineer, developing market research imaging systems, pen based computing tablets, printer software and web based services. He spent three years doing R&D at start-ups focusing on web-based end-user applications and collaboration tools. Mr. Sheehy received his computer science degree from Greenwich College, NY.
